My motive for coming to gym was fitness and having a good physique. There were no medical issues, but self realization of being fit, made me achieve my goals. I started coming to the gym regularly and started eating healthy as per the instructions of my trainer . It was tough to achieve the results post my shoulder injury, but right instructions along with correct diet helped me to achieve it. Diet was the most essential part.
