Remote Fitness Coaching (RFC) is a unique feature offered by the ‘AF Workouts App’ developed by Anytime Fitness. This innovative initiative aims to provide members with a comprehensive fitness training experience tailored to their individual needs. The program specifically caters to individuals who are unable to visit the gym regularly due to various reasons.
Whether it’s due to temporary closure of gyms or a busy schedule, RFC ensures that fitness remains accessible to everyone, anytime and anywhere. By leveraging this program, individuals can maintain their regular exercise routines without relying solely on physical gym sessions.
RFC grants users unlimited access to a vast library of over 1100 pre-recorded workout videos. These videos serve as valuable resources that allow individuals to learn and engage in exercise routines at their convenience.
